Dispatchers received a frantic 911 call who told them her daughter was trying to kill herself with a knife around 11 30 this morning. Police say when the officer got here he was confronted by a hysterical woman with a knife. The woman followed him, ignoring orders to drop the knife. That is when the officers shot her. When i was standing down there, i saw her laying on the ground. You could see the blood on her shirt. We talked to neighbors who say the woman has a history of depression.
