晋级百亿私募仅半年的泰润海吉忙着吸金，旗下多只产品业绩却黄了？

泰润海吉资产成立于2014年9月1日，中国基金业协会最新数据显示，截至今年7月7日，公司一共备案了134只私募产品，其中2020年度备案的产品数量为68只，今年以来备案的产品数量达33只，占公司已备案产品总数的比例分别为50.75%和24.63%。
然而，在狂发新产品的同时，泰润海吉资产旗下多只产品，今年以来的业绩表现却纷纷显现颓势。
“泰润健发1号”成立于2018年8月17日，采用管理期货策略，至今年1月8日产品累计收益率一度达到52.13%。不过，随后该产品净值便开始一路回撤，截至今年7月2日，最新累计净值仅为0.9819，同时创下了成立以来的最大回撤35.46%。
泰润海吉资产旗下的股票多头策略产品“泰润和赢”今年以来的亏损率也已经高达30.97%。“泰润和赢”成立于2019年8月27日，至次年7月10日累计收益率一度达到35.32%。此后至今，该产品净值不仅再也未能刷出新高，反而一路波动向下，截至今年7月2日的最新累计净值已经回撤至仅为0.7262，产品成立以来的最大回撤更是高达46.33%。
与此同时，泰润海吉资产旗下的另外两只股票多头策略产品“泰润红萝卜2号”和“泰润明心一号”在今年净值再度回撤逾两成以后，累计亏损率已经分别高达32.95%和34%。
资料显示，泰润海吉资产实施“类固定收益+”战略。类固定收益主要通过公司的三个基础平台，即期货的低风险套利平台、证券的低风险套利平台和以期现无风险套利为基础的量化对冲平台，实现风险极低、回报稳定的投资目标。“类固定收益+”战略以类固定收益为基础，与各种风险收益资产进行组合，衍生出一系列的具有不同风险收益特点的产品。
然而，从“泰润健发1号”等产品今年以来的收益表现来看，显然并未实现风险极低、回报稳定。
泰润海吉资产的实际控制人刘壮波是典型的“实业派”私募人士，中国基金业协会数据显示，刘壮波自1993年至2013年连续二十年间一直任职于佛山市海天调味食品股份有限公司，先后担任营销部主任、采购部总监以及投资发展部主任。之后，刘壮波开始转战私募界。
截至目前，刘壮波持有泰润海吉资产88.9%的股权，同时还是一家股权私募珠海市横琴如石财富管理有限公司的实际控制人，持股比例为80%。
