The shootout killed one suspect. 19yearold tristan conte, and injured another who was flown to a hospital in unknown condition. The deputy shot is in good health and has been released from the hospital. Two other suspects have been detained. We have all the subjects accounted for, one of the subjected admitted there were four of them in the vehicle. And we are told the captured suspects are juveniles who are currently at the Detention Center in reno. The Carson City Sheriffs Office will lead the death investigation.
