But if the sanctions are weakened in march, and there are lots of European Countries who are advocating for lessening the sanctions, including italy, hungary, luxembourg, a whole bunch of countries are being hurt themselves by the sanctions. So indeed it is a change in the sanctions policy, then putin wouldve succeeded in kind of pursuing this divide and conquer strategy that will give him more leeway...
