Hall said he was dead. He says he and his girlfriend or driving south on harlem when he saw a car speeding. Indycar cut to around 14th and harlem he saw the car swerved corp on the sidewalk and hit him and others riding the bike. Pretty much parked in a gas station ran over to check with the gut.
