Search looking both north and south of this location where the teenager went missing. Unfortunately they were not able to find him. Fire fighters say they have about another hour left of searching while they still have light and can safely look up and down the coast. Look in the water hoping to find this 13yearold boy who was swept out. This happened just before 4 00 p. M. This afternoon. Fire fighters tell us several family members were playing in the water when two boys, cousins about 14 years old were swept out by rick current. The father of one of the boys who does not swim well went in to try to help. Thats when a 17yearold surfer tony barbero saw what was happening. Put one of the boys on his surfboard and paddled him him. Then he saw the dead struggling. I see the guy, he wasnt looking good he was pale and his eyes were red. I grabbed him by the arm, i dragged him in and took it from there. The kid was in shock, it all happened so fast, i thought he was dead in the water. Parame ....

Reporter right now that section of i5 is shut down in both tkraebg. We know a fed ex semi collided with a charter bus headed north filled with high school seniors. These are pictures just in to channel 2 in the last hour showing the verity srer showing the severity of the crash. You can see teenagers helping each other off the bus. Some struggling to bus, others covered in blood. , but these were the lucky ones. The 18yearold from palm desert who called her family to let them know she survived the crash but didnt know where she was being taken. Heres what we know from passengers on the bus. Surfer those boats might be looking for two more people. At dusk, search crews patrol the shoreline at ocean beach hoping for a miracle. Hoping a 14yearold mitzing more than seven hours might might somehow be found alive. At this point is it called a rescue effort . We dont have an official standing on that at this time. Reporter about 3 30 this afternoon, a man, his son and nephew were walking along ocean beach. The boys playing in the water near the shore were dragged out to sea by a rip current and the adult ran in to the water to save them. Tony barbero wasnt sure what to make of the situation. I saw a boy out there. His arms were flailing, playing in the water, and then the dad points to me and points back to his son. I look over and the son, he is motionening to him. I pull him on my board. He looked for the father and saw him bobbing in the water. I dont know if he was breathing but definitely uncon can. So i pulled him in by the arm and the paramedics took it from there. He did ....

Its very dangerous out here. No joke. Overwhelming. I, after school, go to surf. First i know, the coast guards here and the Fire Department. Reporter now i also talked tobarberos. He says he is so proud of his son. He is a fairly new surfer and ended up helping two people. But there is one person who remains to be found, his name is marco, and he is 14 years old. Theyve broken up into two groups. One group is still here, you may be able to see them over my shoulder. But they have another group on ocean beep searching for that 14 year old boy. Now the father was taken to ucsf. They didnt have a pulse out here. They were able to revive him. And he was taken to ucsf. This is a father and his nephew and his son. Happened in the apartment of antonio lockin. He used to be with the 49ers, now with the seattle seahawks. The alleged victim says she had drinks and reportedly, according to tmz, she smoked marijuana with lockin, with Colin Kaepernick, and also with quentin patton, a 49ers wide receiver. The woman says according to tmz that she passed out and woke up in a hospital bed, not sure how she got there. The woman claims, according to tmz, again, that she had sex with kaepernick in the past. Now, weve spoke about a half hour ago with 49ers quarterback, tremaine brock. Brock told us that he is surprised to hear the news about his quarterback, but he says that we should always consider somebody innocent until proven guilty.
