Issued sometime this evening for the heart of the delaware valley, strong winds is the major concern there but you can take a look at those dewpoints, that moisture rich air dark greens in the midatlantic with dewpoints in the lower and middle 70s. That just means theres a lot of water molecules sitting in the atmosphere so when a storm hits it literally floods that rain out of the atmosphere. So, scattered storms and downpours here this evening, right through saturday morning.
