Arrott street. Two hours later crews had the flames under control, but the roof had partially collapsed. So, with the possibility of further collapse, firefighters worked outside after collapse zone, dousing stubborn flames with water. One of the things that makes it so stubborn, when the roof collapses, the material that makes a roof somewhat waterproof prevents our water from getting out.
