wednesday. and those aren't things i'm concerned about or that i think about. what i want is for all of our candidates to make sure that we have the best people we can. that we bring in the most people that we can and that we lead with solutions. and we want that for all the candidates. every candidate approximate solution oriented and inclusive. my voice to them was really, you know, remember the responsibility we have nur o words. the responsibility and requirements in our actions and let's move forward that way. >> i have got to go. but would you consider a vice presidency? >> i truly haven't thought about it. nearly as much as you guys have. i've got a daughter in high school and son in middle school. so i'm busy with basketball games and running the state. i've said at any time somebody wants to sit down i'm happy to sit down but really my life is full.
speech before you gave it? >> they did. >> they approved it. paul ryan, i don't know if we have video of paul ryan, but there were people who made some fun of paul ryan because he seemed to be the guy upset the most in the room, didn't do a lot of applause in the room. what do you make of his reactions? were you watching him and do you think that's indicative of how republicans feel about the president? >> so i didn't watch him. what i can tell you about speaker ryan is, he rc really trying to right the ship in terms of the republican party and in terms of the leadership in his house. he realizes we have to talk about issues we haven't talked about. he was just in south carolina doing a poverty forum, trying to figure out how we give opportunities to citizens, lift them up. it's a really good change in what we're seeing in the leadership in the republican party and the way he's guiding. he's basically saying we have to talk about things we haven't talked about. we have to come together and be the party of solutions and we have to make sure we put it into action. and you know, look, you can't --
fair to say that when it comes to at least pursuing the possibility of running for president in 2016 that it's full speed ahead for you, sir? >> we're definitely talking about it. my family is talking about it. we do the things that would be necessary to make sure that it can happen and will work. but i truly haven't made my mind up and won't make my mind up until after the 2014 elections. i haven't been shy about saying that we are thinking about it. i think that the message that i'm trying to promote, whether i do it or not, of bringing our message to minority voters, to people who have been persecuted throughout history, to young people who feel like the government has grown too big, i think it's a message that can grow the party. the party's got to grow bigger or we're not going to win again. >> senator paul, to be continued. thank you, thanks for talking with us today, sir. >> thank you, chris. as the presidential hopefuls tested their messages at cpac,

years past because we really, truly haven't had such good doppler radar. and we haven't had such big tornadoes. if a tornado is on the ground, wolf, it spins up, and it picks up things. picks up shingles and boards and everything else and parts of cars. that debris gets up into the cloud. well, the radar beam actually can see boards a lot better than it can see small rain drops. so when you see a big bright spot right there over newcastle, that's actually parts of the ground. that's trees and roots and that's singles in the air that the radar is picking up. it's called a debris ball because it looks like a ball. but the debris is what the radar is seeing. it's not even raining there. it's the debris from the tornado itself. we had one here, a debris ball that came across, and just to the west of about el reno and into peed mon, just north of piedmont, and just missed edmund, a couple hours ago. there were cells up and down. that's the north side of oklahoma. there's the red river, that's the south side.
