Just to the south, moisture from Tropical Storm newton will push in and allow for cloudy skies within searchlight and possible showers to the laughlin area. Las vegas and north of the city will keep to sunny skies while temperatures begin to climb. Afternoon highs within the city will range between 97 and 102 degrees with mild winds out of the east southeast.
