European Union Updates Vertical Agreement Competition Rules
European Commission adopted new EU competition rules for vertical distribution agreements effective June 1st, amending rules by narrowing safe harbour but also allowing for more flexibility. Distribution agreements already in force 31 May have one-year transitional period.
