But president obama feels congress spent the money and will have to raise taxes further. I will not have another debate with congress over whether or not they should pay the bills they have already racked up. Of late this afternoon, House Republican leaders backed down over their decision to postpone a force and the victims after both parties blasted lack of action. Now, congress will vote on 9 billion in aid and additional aid later when Congress Officially returns to the new session. We are going to stick with the fiscal cliff for a moment because lawmakers are not the only ones sounding off about it. We have reaction from taxpayers to how much more they will still be paying.
