충북 교육공무직 61% "직장 내 괴롭힘 당한 적 있다"

14일 전국교육공무직본부 충북지부에 따르면 조합원 245명을 대상으로 설문조사한 결과, 61.6%가 직장 내에서 괴롭힘을 당하거나 주변의 피해를 목격한 적이 있다고 응답했다.
직장 내 괴롭힘 행위자(복수 응답)는 상급자나 관리자가 78.3%였고, 동료도 41.4%라고 응답했다.

직장 내 괴롭힘의 유형(복수응답)은 업무에 대한 평가, 보상, 일상적 대우에서 차별(43.2%), 욕설, 폭언 등으로 모욕감을 주거나 명예훼손(36.8%), 정당한 이유 없이 의사결정과정에서 배제(27.8%) 등으로 조사됐다.
또 54.3%가 직장 내 괴롭힘으로 병원 진료를 받았거나 불안·초조를 느꼈고, 79.5%는 사직이나 근무지 이동을 고려한 것으로 나타났다.
교육공무직본부 충북지부는 이날 충북도교육청에서 기자회견을 열어 이런 설문조사 결과를 공개하고 대책 마련을 요구했다.
또 "이날 도교육청이 처음 개최하는 직장 내 괴롭힘 판단전문위원회는 고충상담창구로 신고된 괴롭힘 사건에 대해 철저히 피해자 중심으로 공정하게 판단하라"고 촉구했다.
