Largest fires in state history. Merely one. 4 million acres have burned statewide in nearly 2000 structures have been destroyed. At least seven people have a ed as result of the fires and were injured. Fires like this seem to be a new normal in california with significant delays is coming almost every fall. Climate change has made weather more unpredictable and led to hotter and drier conditions and pushed to fire prone regions.
