FRANKSVILLE — Three Republican Wisconsin Congressmen joined the backlash against the White House s decision to halt the Keystone pipeline project, claiming that hundreds of Wisconsin workers are losing their jobs as the massive and controversial construction project ground to a halt this week.

NORWALK The coronavirus has ravaged communities across America, but people of color have seen especially high levels of devastation.
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Black people account for 1.4 times as many coronavirus cases as white people, 3.7 times as many hospitalizations and 2.8 times as many deaths. Hispanic and Indigenous people are seeing similarly increased infection and death rates and four times as many hospitalizations as white people. Asians are seeing increased rates as well. ....

One of the smallest health districts in the state inoculated more than 300 teachers and school staff Wednesday, even as the state is trying to get the COVID-19 vaccine out to residents 75 and older first.
