INDIANAPOLIS Indiana Senator Mike Braun said Thursday getting Hoosiers back to work is the number one issue facing the state, followed by rural broadband access and affordable housing.
The Republican senator told 13News he supports Governor Eric Holcomb changing the state s mask mandate to a mask advisory.

Indiana Republican Lawmakers Plan to Vote Against Certifying Electoral College Results
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) The final fight of the 2020 election is set for Wednesday afternoon. Congress will meet at 1 p.m. on Jan. 6, to certify the electoral vote. However, a number of Republicans are vowing to challenge the count, including three Indiana lawmakers.
Senator Mike Braun, Representative Jackie Walorski, and Representative Jim Banks said they will vote against certifying the election results on Wednesday unless there is an audit. Representative Victoria Spartz’s office said she is reviewing all of the relevant information and will make a decision ahead of the vote. ....

INDIANAPOLIS Indiana Senator Mike Braun released a statement Saturday ahead of the joint legislative session Jan. 6 showing he intends to join follow Republicans in rejecting the Electoral College results from disputed states. 
The senators, citing a 19th Century precedent, said they will call for a commission to conduct an emergency 10-day audit of the election returns in those states, and for those states to convene special legislative sessions to certify their vote in a manner consistent with the findings of the commission’s audit. ....
