Two car bombings in separate parts of Turkish-controlled areas of northern Syria killed six people on Saturday, including children, a war monitor said.
In the first, a car bomb near a vegetable market killed five people including two children in the border town of Ras al-Ain, the Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said.
A second explosives-rigged vehicle detonated in the town of Jindires in the Afrin region, taking the life of one civilian and wounding nine others including two children, it said.
Such explosions are common in both Ras al-Ain and the Afrin region, which Turkish forces and their Syrian proxies seized from Kurdish fighters in 2019 and 2018 respectively. ....

A car bomb near a vegetable market in northeastern Syria killed five people including children on Saturday in the Turkish-held border town of Ras al-Ain, a war monitor said.
At least three of the victims killed were civilians, but the identity of the other two was not immediately clear, the Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said.
Four others were wounded, it said.

A car bomb near a vegetable market in northeastern Syria killed five people including children yesterday in the Turkish-held border town of Ras al-Ain, a war monitor said.

Car explosions hit northern Syrian districts of Ras al Ayn, Afrin.
At least three civilians, including two children, were killed and 12 others injured in two bomb attacks in northern Syria, local security sources said on Saturday.
Terrorists detonated an explosives-laden vehicle at a marketplace in Ras al-Ayn district, near the Turkey-Syria border, killing two children and injuring four civilians. The injured were taken to hospital and a fire sparked by the bomb blast was extinguished by firefighters.
The Syrian National Army and local security forces believed the attack was carried out by the YPG/PKK terror group. ....
