Fires spread to 12 rowhomes, two of which were occupied, in southwest Baltimore Friday afternoon, officials said.Firefighters were called around 1:55 p.m. to the area of South Fulton Avenue in Carrollton Ridge, where two vacant dwellings were on fire.
