This tells us that the state appellate court disciplinary panel doesn’t require that one be a serial killer to disbar an attorney. The court found that Giuliani made demonstrably false and misleading statements about the 2020 presidential election while acting as Donald Trump’s attorney. The court said his conduct threatened the public interest. Giuliani can challenge the decision, so this is an interim suspension. Hopefully, it will lead to his permanent disbarment. ....
