คนที่ถูกเลือกให้นั่ง เก้าอี้ ผบ.ทอ. คนที่ 28 จะยึดประเพณี หลักการที่สืบทอดกันมาของ ทอ. หรือ ต้องแพ้พ่ายกับปัจจัยภายนอกอีกครา
งวดเข้ามาทุกขณะสำหรับการ
ปรับย้ายนายทหารชั้นนายพลประจำปี 2564 ล่าสุด พล.อ.เฉลิมพล ศรีสวัสดิ์ ผู้บัญชาการทหารสูงสุด ได้ให้แต่ละเหล่าทัพ เร่งจัดทำบัญชีรายชื่อการปรับย้ายให้แล้วเสร็จ และรวบรวมภายในวันที่ 5 ก.ค.นี้ เพื่อตรวจสอบ ก่อนนำส่งกลาโหม เข้าที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการปรับย้ายนายทหารชั้นนายพล à¸—ี่มี พล.อ.ประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา นายกรัฐมนตรี และ รมว.กลาโหม เป็นประธานต่อไป
สำหรับปีนี้การปรับย้ายนายทหารชั้นนายพล
ต้องโฟกัสไปที่
กองทัพอากาศ (ทอ.) à¸«à¸¥à¸±à¸‡à¸›à¸µà¸—ี่แล้ว พล.อ.อ.มานัต วงษ์วาท อดีต ผบ.ทอ. ทำ เซอร์ไพรส์ แหวกประเพณีด้วยการเลือกคนนอกไลน์ อย่าง พล.อ.อ.แอร์บูล สุทธิวรรณ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ทอ.และ นักบินซี 130 มานั่งเป็น ผบ.ทอ.
มาครั้งนี้มีให้ตามลุ้นกันต่อว่า จะมีปัจจัยอะไรมาพลิกแพลงหรือไม่ เพราะ
หากยึดตามประเพณีที่ ทอ.ปฏิบัติกันมาจากรุ่นสู่รุ่น พล.อ.อ.ชานนท์ มุ่งธัญญา เสธ.ทอ. เตรียมทหารรุ่น 23 (ตท.23) จะขึ้นเป็น ผบ.ทอ. คนที่ 28 โดยมีอายุราชการถึง กันยายนปี 2567
พล.อ.อ.ชานนท์ ถือเป็นคนเก่งและเป็นที่ยอมรับของคนใน ทอ. เพราะโตมาจากสายกำลังรบ เป็น 
นักบินเอฟ 16 ที่เคยเป็นผู้ฝูงและผู้การกองบิน 4 อ.ตาคลี จ.นครสวรรค์ ก่อนที่จะไปเป็น ผู้ช่วยทูตทหารอากาศที่สวีเดน และกลับมาเติบโตในกรมข่าว ทอ. และ เข้าสายยุทธการ จนได้ขยับเป็นเจ้ากรมยุทธการ ทอ.
,รองเสธ.ทอ. และ เสธ.ทอ.
และเป็นที่รู้กันว่า พล.อ.อ.ชานนท์ ได้รับการผลักดันจาก พล.อ.อ.มานัต โดยก่อนเกษียณอายุราชการ ได้ปูทางและหมายมั่นปั้นมือให้เป็น ‘ผบ.ทอ.’ ต่อจาก พล.อ.อ.แอร์บูล เพื่อสานต่อแผนพัฒนาและขับเคลื่อนยุทธศาสตร์กองทัพอากาศ โดยเฉพาะการตั้งไข่โครงการจัดหาเครื่องบินรบฝูงใหม่ทดแทน
แม้ ทอ. จะมีประเพณียึดถือกันมาว่า คนที่จะเป็น ผบ.ทอ. ต้องมาจากตำแหน่ง เสธ.ทอ. แต่นั้นก็ไม่ใช่กฎตายตัว
เพราะหากคำนึงถึงความ อาวุโส ก็ยังมี เพื่อน ตท.21 ของ พล.อ.อ.แอร์บูล อีก 2 คน ที่มีอายุราชการเหลืออีก 1 ปี และมีคุณสมบัติไม่ด้อยไปกว่ากัน

บิ๊กป้อง พล.อ.อ.นภาเดช ธูปะเตมีย์
ประธานที่ปรึกษา ทอ. ซึ่งไม่ได้มีดีแค่เพียงเป็น ลูกชาย พล.อ.อ.ประพันธ์ ธูปะเตมีย์ อดีต ผบ.ทอ เท่านั้น แต่ยังเป็นนายทหารเรียนเก่ง และเป็นทั้งนักบินทั้งเอฟ 5 และนักบินเอฟ 16
โดยสมัยเรียนนายเรืออากาศ พล.อ.อ.นภาเดช เคยได้ทุนไปเรียนฝรั่งเศส แต่สละสิทธิ์เพราะอยากเป็นนักบิน และเมื่อได้เข้าโรงเรียนการบิน กำแพงแสน นครปฐม สอบได้ทุนไปเรียนการบินที่สหรัฐอเมริกา ตั้งแต่หลักสูตรศิษย์การบิน จนถึง F-5E/F Combat Readiness เมื่อกลับจากสหรัฐได้ 4-5 ปี ก็เปลี่ยนไปบิน F-16 จนเป็นผู้บังคับฝูงบิน 103 กองบิน 1 นครราชสีมา
หลังจากนั้น พล.อ.อ.นภาเดช ไปเป็นผู้ช่วยทูตทหารอากาศที่ปักกิ่ง ประเทศจีน 3 ปี และกลับมาเป็นผู้บังคับการกรมนักเรียนนายเรืออากาศ ซึ่งถือเป็นตำแหน่งที่ต้องการให้ต้นแบบของนักเรียนรุ่นน้อง
นอกจากนี้ยังเป็นผู้การกองบิน 23 จ.อุดรธานี นานถึง 4 ปี ที่ในเวลานั้น เป็นช่วงปัญหาการเมืองรุนแรงมาก โดยต้องดูแลวีไอพีที่มาพำนักในกองบิน นานหลายปี และผ่านไปด้วยความเรียบร้อย
พล.อ.อ.นภาเดช มีลักษณะของความเป็นผู้นำ เพราะเมื่อเข้าเรียน วปอ.58 ก็ได้รับเลือกเป็นประธานรุ่น ที่นับเป็นทหารอากาศคนแรกที่เป็นประธานรุ่น วปอ.
คนสุดท้าย
บิ๊กตั้ว พล.อ.อ.สฤษฎ์พงศ์ วัฒนวรางกูร แม้จะมีตำแหน่งเป็นผู้บัญชาการกรมควบคุมการปฏิบัติทางอากาศ (ผบ.คปอ.)แต่มีเก้าอี้ทำงานนั่งอยู่หน้าห้อง ผบ.ทอ. และที่ผ่านมามักจะออกงานคู่และนัดกินข้าวเย็นกับ พล.อ.อ.แอร์บูล อยู่เสมอ
ความซี้ปึ้กกับ พล.อ.อ.แอร์บูล ทำให้ถูกมองว่า
พล.อ.อ.สฤษฎ์พงศ์ ถูกเสนอชื่อเป็น ผบ.ทอ. คนต่อไป ด้วยคุณสมบัติเป็นนักบินขับไล่เอฟ 16 ผู้การกองบิน 1 และอดีตผู้ช่วยทูตทหารกองทัพอากาศ ประจำลอนดอน ประเทศอังกฤษ
นอกจากนี้ พล.อ.อ.สฤษฎ์พงศ์ เป็นน้องชาย บิ๊กเบิ้ม พล.ต.อ. à¸Šà¸™à¸ªà¸´à¸©à¸Žà¹Œ วัฒนวรางกูร รองผู้บัญชาการตำรวจแห่งชาติ​ ส่วนพี่สะไภ้ นางกอบกาญจน์ วัฒนวรางกูร อดีตรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการท่องเที่ยวและกีฬา à¸£à¸±à¸à¸šà¸²à¸¥ คสช.ของ à¸žà¸¥.อ. ประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา à¸™à¸²à¸¢à¸à¸£à¸±à¸à¸¡à¸™à¸•à¸£à¸µ และยังเป็น น้องรัก พล.อ.ประวิตร วงษ์สุวรรณ รองนายกรัฐมนตรี
จึงต้องตามลุ้นกันว่า คนที่ถูกเลือกให้นั่ง เก้าอี้ ผบ.ทอ. คนที่ 28 จะยึดตามประเพณี หลักการสืบทอดกันมาของ กองทัพอากาศ หรือต้องแพ้พ่ายกับปัจจัยภายนอกอีกครา
