Even before the unprecedented delay to the 2020 Summer Olympics due to the coronavirus pandemic, NBC and HD Studio knew the set’s for Tokyo would take a different approach channeling a unique combination of environments while still incorporating a sense of global unity through sports that ended up taking on an even more fitting tone than usual.

Article 1, Section 5 of the Constitution says âEach House shall be the Judge of the Elections, Returns and Qualifications of its own Members,â which means that the House and Senate can determine whether a member has been duly elected. In 1969, Congress passed the Federal Contested Elections Act, which laid out a procedure for losing candidates to contest the outcome. Tempted as they may be by the prospect of padding their slim majority, House Democrats should reject her request.
