Four of the appointees are chiefs of staff to ministers, while the other is a regional adviser in the Prime Minister’s Office. The final regional campaign director to be appointed was already on staff with the party. The appointments were announced to Liberal riding associations today, according to a source with knowledge of the video call. As Charlie Pinkerton and Aidan Chamandy report, the Liberals have also recently been running election-preparation workshops for its volunteers.
