A 65-year-old Sedalia man is facing a felony for allegedly leaving the scene of an accident that caused physical injury to another person in October.
Jesus Fierro-Gutierrez was allegedly the driver of a vehicle that caused a vehicle accident on October 10 that resulted in one man getting one of his fingers amputated as a result of the crash.
Fierro-Gutierrez is charged with a Class C Felony for Leaving the Scene of an Accident, Causing Physical Injury. Fierro-Gutierrez posted $7,500 surety bond on January 5, 2021.
Fierro-Gutierrez was arraigned on December 28, 2020. A Preliminary Hearing in this case is set for 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 10 at Pettis County Circuit Court.
