give away but they aren't going to give them away all at once or percentage votes. they will give them away on 14 congressional districts. you win a congressional districts you get two delegates. if you win by one vote, you get winner take all by district. out in arizona, winner take all state, different strategy, you want the highest number of votes possible. in michigan which has a lot of rural areas and underpopulated parts of the state that are covered by congressional districts, it changes a little bit. if you want to think about roughest terms, 7 congressional districts in the metro detroit area and 7 districts outside of detroit. what you will see a split, santorum does well outside detroit metro and romney does well inside metro. >> shannon: and it's an open primary, democrats can show up and lots of talk is somebody going to fool with this.
