together. what were they thinking in north korea when this happened? >> they like the fact that they're in the headlines. they like the fact that they can sow panic in the united states without even doing anything. so that's good for them. i think the thing we have to worry about is we have technology systems that we increasingly don't completely understand or control. remember, you have one guy that was able to shut down president trump's twitter account for 11 minutes. clearly the managers of twitter had no idea. now you have one guy who hits the wrong button and an entire state in the united states for almost 40 minutes thinks this is the last they have a chance to talk to their loved ones. you know, you go a little farther down that route and you have the potential for real global confrontation. that's dangerous. >> dana: didn't you write about that in terms of your global risk, that an accident you have at the top as one of the concerns? >> yes. the possibility of miscalculation, especially because there's so little trust. you go back to before the last
