you're going to be able to pay for the better stuff just like you can pay for better health care in this country. >> could you make an argument, this argument's been going on about the air waves, a.m., fm television that they are public. that it's in the air around us and that the kind of -- it's like a utility, it's a public utility? >> yeah, i think, you know, at the point we're fat you look at the innovation that's happened over the last decade and how much we rely on it and how it touches everything we do and every place we go at this point. there is an aspect to those channels where we have to say look, there is a utility component of this. but the rules that were in place, prior to this vote today, were not so strict that they somehow stopped these companies from innovating or making profits. comcast, verizon, all have record profits over the last few quarters. so really the issue is that there's a part of it that needs to be treated like utility, but there's plenty of room for innovation. even with the regulations in place. >> what is the recourse?
