General Russel Honoré to lead “an immediate review of security infrastructure, interagency processes and command and control.” The mandate of the task forces was to determine what “security failures” enabled the pro-Trump insurrectionists to overrun the building and delay congressional certification of the results of the 2020 presidential election.
