After making it through a pandemic-shortened 2020, the Keansburg Amusement Park, a 117-year-old Bayshore staple, is mostly returning to form for its traditional Easter-weekend opening. “This weekend we are opening the majority of the food stands and a majority of the rides,” marketing director Emily Mayes said. “We’re very excited. Last year we weren’t able to open until June.”
