National Grid Renewables Orders 1.6 GW of First Solar Module

First Solar , Inc. (Nasdaq: FSLR) has entered into an agreement to supply 1.6 gigawatts (GW) DC of its high-performance, responsibly produced Series 7 thin film solar modules to National Grid Renewables.
