St Pierre Groupe celebrates intercontinental strategy with record-breaking sales The UK-based company's strategy to take French products to America is paying off, with sales of its brioche brand up by 63% year-on-year in the US, accounting for more than half of the company’s global business in 2020. Paul Baker, founder of St Pierre Groupe, said the success on the other side of the Atlantic has also led to extraordinary growth for the wider group, which has doubled in size in the past two years. The company – which was granted the Queen’s Award for Enterprise in International Trade in 2019 – is firmly on track to hit its target to achieve £150m in sales by 2022, clocking up more than £100m in turnover in 2020.
