Taipei, June 21 (CNA) Amid challenges to the prevailing international order from the likes of Russia and China, 2022 Tang Prize in Rule of Law winner Cheryl Saunders said effective cross-disciplinary collaboration and well-crafted state and sub-state institutions will be vital going forward.
