Keeping Score: NCAA takes a bump Published: 6/25/2021 6:15:43 PM Good morning! Here in a nutshell is Monday’s unanimous ruling from the Supreme Court that rocked the NCAA, as told to Sirius-XM’s Rich Eisen by Gabe Feldman the director of Tulane’s Sports Law program. “The argument the NCAA used for decades to justify all its restrictions on college athletes is no longer valid,’” said Feldman, who invoked the domino theory. “This a precedent for future antitrust cases. Brett Kavanaugh wrote in his concurring opinion that the whole thing stinks, and college athletes, particularly Black college athletes are being exploited.”
