Not only is he a Wall Street veteran, 17 years at Merrill Lynch, eventually rising to the role of CEO and Chairman at TD Ameritrade which is just a giant custodian and trading shop, but he also has been the head football coach and defensive coordinator at a number of esteemed college teams. Such as a fascinating and unusual career and he went back and forth between the two of the career several times, it’s really an intriguing career path he took. When life basically threw him a lemon, he really made lemonade and created one of the most interesting careers in sports and finance.
