going to survive as governor. if he were really implicated, if the documents said he had ordered this lane closure i really think he would not be governor for very much longer. there doesn't appear to be any threat of that. but this out there, as the major story that people know about him, outside of new jersey except for maybe his performance during hurricane sandy, it's a very bad thing. the best thing you can say is that he didn't know some of his top aides were engaged in this sort of political vendetta. that's not exactly a letter of recommendation. and for anyone to say, this convinces them that he should be president, i think that's kind of absurd. maybe it doesn't disqualify him. but the idea that this is somehow a positive seems pretty crazy. >> anderson, the interesting thing is that republicans for awhile now have been really licking their chops that if hillary clinton were the nominee on the democratic side in '16 they could throw benghazi at her
