town hall, and he did say on one he was very clear that the federal paid family medical leave program is now at four weeks. what do you think about that? >> i think that those types of plans are far better executed at the state level where there is a need to have a consistent application across the country such as with the pump act that i voted on and supported on friday, you know. that makes sense for standardization across the work force, but i'm incredibly worried when we have broad application spreading. again, not being able to tailor it to the needs of that state, not having it be the test bed to see what functions best, is two weeks too little? should it be six? should it be eight? to have that alternative and knowing what the impact will be before it's rolled out to all 50 state ts, i think we're continuing to seek solutions in washington, d.c., that should be sought in state capitals, and that's leading to more
