jason chaffetz and florida congressman dan webster, with backing house conservative backing house conservative paul ryan has pressure to throw his hat into the ring. he said repeat i has no interest in the post. chaffetz says he would bow out if ryan goes for it. possibly adding to the mix. congressman darrell ice says says he is considering a run for speaker. wow, guy. my sources on the hill say, it is quote, like a zoo. how do you think this shakes out? beats me. i say the shift over last 24 hours a lot more buzz about paul ryan seriously considering it. he was not just a no, he was a hell no. he wants no part of the job. the lobbying effort has been frenetic. it has been a full-court press. boehner himself pressuring him. conservatives like trey gowdy. national review has editorial calling for paul ryan to jump in the race. hell no, no comment. hearing about it on the weekend. scuttlebutt is a big obstacle is his wife. speak of the house, is not just symbolic position, very powerful, you have to raise a lot of money for the party. you re gone a lot. he has young kids. that is i think a big problem for him, issue for him at least. harris, i m hearing reports behind the scenes, not only begging paul ryan. they re trying to create creative ways for him to do it. move him in and somebody else become ways and means chair. that is proof he does not want to leave. we broke the news yesterday, kevin mccarthy said no, it is not my time to run for house speaker, we were talking about the freedom caucus has so much power, right? that will be hurdle for whoever gets into this race. he feels like, he spoke about the committee, that ryan chairs. he feels like, that two strong conservatives were kicked off the committee by paul ryan. he has got issues. by he, that group of freedom caucus members. i saw one of the names that crossed last night, as i was watching urgent queue here at fox news, it was interesting mitt romney. there were reports he was asked by leadership in the republican house to reach out to paul ryan. they ran on a ticket together. that might be somebody he would listen to. but i said it yesterday on outnumbered, with would it take to get in? this is big weekend of decisions. we have that one and another big decision we ll talk about later too. maybe a short term deal for paul ryan. maybe a year-and-a-half or something like that. bus he does have other aspirations. possible presidential aspirations. maybe move a member like representative brady or tee bury on the committee to sit on the committee while he is in a short-term position. it is a tough job. it dsn t get you prepped for something bigger later. people look at him somebody good in the job. i like he has economics degree. he can do numbers. i like having somebody in charge who understands when you re spending money, it is not your money spending. it is everyone out there money. at the same time he talks about going home, talking to his wife. people resign from jobs and ceos. spends like, sort of a become s answer. in this case you know it is true. that his family is saying to him. this is a huge commitment. and what is the payout? i don t know. julie, i know democrats delight. your toes curl with glee when you see division in the republican party but take your democratic hat off for a second. isn t it better to have somebody step in to fill this void rather than have this back and forth vacuum? on one hand you can see it is food for the party to fight for the heart and soul, when you re drafted by paul ryan shouldn t you put personal aspirations aside, do it for the good of the party. this is graveyard of paul ryan s career. so happens if he takes it. if he does what is best for the party, one person in the short term that can unify party. the problem is, john boehner outlined this so well a couple weeks ago when he stepped down, there are 30 to 40 members who will not like anybody who is speaker because whoever the speaker is, will try to govern. this is caucus does not want to govern. unless person they picked. they endorsed dan webster. not true they don t like anybody. they could have endorsed dan webster. the day dan webster sits down to hammer out long-term funding mechanism or day dan webster says, wait we can t default on debt. get together with mitch mcconnell in the senate whom they all loathe and president work this out, they will hate dan webster. these people were not sent here to washington to create solutions. they were sent to stop government from functioning. whether it is dan webster or paul ryan or anybody else not stop functioning but stop a very progressive agenda. i disagree with that their con sit sent them to washington, i don t know if con sit stents sent them to washington the job of congress person to make sure we pass a budget. maybe sure we have country doesn t default on its debt. no. represent the will of the people. tell you something, the problem for anybody who is speaker in the republican party is, if they try to accomplish any of those basic things they will not be able to do it. all right. we ve move on. president obama is heading to oregon to meet with families victims of recent deadly college campus shooting in roseburg. as we ve been reporting each time the nation suffers tragedy, seems the president quickly pivots to gun control. he wants new gun restrictions. people in rose burke may not be roseburg may not be the best audience for the language. gun rights activists plan to protest his visit. eight students and teachers were murdered in last week s attack. many people in the community are against the president s agenda on the guns, one of the victims is against his visit. anna bolin s dad feels the president is again trying to politicize what happened. anna was injured in the shooting. her dad is telling fox news he will not meet with mr. obama. we learned this president obama reportedly considering going around congress to use his executive authority to impose tougher background checks on potential gun buyers. your thoughts? first of all, there is something a little bit sad and unseemly protests president coming to comfort victims. however, and victims families, this is president who explicitly said i will politicize it. guess what? there are two sides of that coin. this is cross politicization from the other angle. he invited it. that is what we re seeing. as for the executive order and more executive unilateral action, i hope democrats cheering him every step of the way on this stuff, on guns, i hope they keep this in time the next time there is republican president. if this is new obama standard going around congress and legislating by fiat, there will be a lot of things liberals will not like that republicans point to obama, hey, he started this. you know what is interesting to me, julie? something i noticed this week. it is the dance that obama and hillary clinton seem to be doing. he goes left, tpp on trade agreement. she goes in the other direction. he says i will use my executive authority couple days ago, he says is there any coincidence in that? i m not sure obama folks on the record or on background trashing hillary s executive threat on guns. he says we i will do it. i agree with guy i don t like filibuster when republicans use it, i don t like it when democrats use it. i think we have separation of powers. i think you re absolutely right. to their own detriment one day tables will be turned. in terms of politicizing this. i said this last week, sure enough another shooting again yesterday, sadly. this morning actually. there will be another very shortly thereafter, always inevitably politicize this, almost a shooting a day. when you have that kind of frequency there is never actually there is shooting in chicago every two hours. exactly right. you but don t hear the president speak about his hometown. he should. that is the issue. he should. people see the inhypocrisy. he said after the shooting in oregon, took to the podium immediately. said our thoughts and prayers are not enough. meaning you need to take action. he has harry reid drawing up gun legislation. harris, bill o reilly has been all over this. we talk about it early this week, should the president go? if he is going to console victims and not politicize it, fine. will the community, roseburg newspaper said he should not come here. it is not day of, it is days and weeks of that follow. i looked in the eyes of family members and i saw the family members in oregon, he will politicize later. he could visit families and not give a speech. pick a lane and stay in it. if this is something we politicize and choice we make. he decided with this particular one to politicize it. i don t think you can walk it back, i will meet with them. it is not political. that is disingenuous. choose a lane and stick to it. he did. he has the right to do one or the other. he can use his bully pulpit to do whichever he likes. he is in the political fast lane. one thing andrea brought up i want to press in. you talk about where the president chooses to go. what about black on black crime, hate control in the city of chicago? there is a place he can give a speech? he can give a lot of speeches. he decided he will use the bully pulpit specifically on gun violence to press common sense gun laws. universal background checks. oregon has universal background checks. it didn t prevent the horrible tragedy from happening. if you come out and say, promise to politicize it day one, better be ready when more people black lives matter but not in democratic cities. ouch. we ll move on. new concerns about tens of thousands of syrian refugees heading to the united states. the chilling warning from fbi director james comey. plus with the democratic debate four days away. hillary clinton, reportedly ramping up her debate prep. why her biggest opponent could be herself. the hurdles clinton could see on the prime time stage. stay with us. heartburn! rn efchews. they work fast and don t taste chalky. mmm.amazing. i have heartburn. alka-seltzer heartburn reliefchews. enjoy the relief. . . mered. . . [announcer] you re on the right track to save big during sleep train s triple choice sale. for a limited time, you can choose up to 48 months interest-free financing on a huge selection of tempur-pedic models. or choose to save $300 on beautyrest and posturepedic mattress sets. you can even choose $300 in free gifts with sleep train s most popular stearns & foster mattresses. the triple choice sale ends soon at sleep train. sleep train your ticket to a better night s sleep tand that s what we re doings to chat xfinity.rself, we are challenging ourselves to improve every aspect of your experience. and this includes our commitment to being on time. every time. that s why if we re ever late for an appointment, we ll credit your account $20. it s our promise to you. we re doing everything we can to give you the best experience possible. because we should fit into your life. not the other way around. big development in the fight against isis. senior u.s. official confirming to fox news that the pentagon is pulling the plug on its costly program of training syrian rebels. which has been largely considered a huge disaster. instead, it is going to focus its efforts on working with kurdish and other established forces that have been successful in battles against isis. defense secretary ash carter on the need to go back to the drawing board. i wasn t satisfied with the early efforts in that regard, so we re looking at different ways to achieve basically the same kind of strategic objective. we have, devised a number of different approaches to that going forward. and, taking them to president obama. also brewing in the syrian crisis, new security concerns over tens of thousands of refugees that entered the u.s. fbi director james comey warning, lawmakers, quote, gaps remain in america s ability to screen those heading into our country. huge issues here, guy. let me start with you. let me start with a change in strategy. obviously the original strategy turned out to be a disaster. they ended up spending a million dollars a soldier. they don t have anything to show for it. yeah. arming rebels, especially kurds, is something called for by kurds themselves and others in the area. do you think it is enough? let me first stipulate there are no easy solutions to the problem. without question. so you have to recognize that at least before we start the whole conversation. taking a step back, this administration s syria policy has been comprehensive failure, from start to finish. you had the president more than four years ago come out saying, assad must go. that is our president putting credibility on the line, which he doubled down on with the red line which he backed away from. they cobbled together this cockamamie compromise that the syrians are cheating on left and right and now our rebels we ve been training, half of them defected. we don t know were the munitions went. russians are coming in. they are flying air support for assad who we said had to go. it is a cluster without saying. secretary kerry said assad was the biggest problem in the area. report this is rning that the president is being advised in his own tight circle to reconsider letting assad stay in power for a longer period of time while we deal with letti? letting? i m paraphrasing them. the conversation obviously has flipped to something that looks more like, we re not really going to push him out now. andrea pointed out so many times, you have to scratch your head why that wouldn t be part of the conversation, what replaces him? are we prepared to take that as option? rebels we debated back and forth whether we should arm will not be constitutionalism and order they assume power. we ve seen this time and again. we ve seen this government waste, melissa, we have five workable freedom fighters sending almost $100 million per fighter. by the way they handed over weapons to al nusra that we gave them. why are we wasting this money on a country that has no defined miss i do agree with the white house pulling out. if we do anything we should ask vladmir putin how we can help defeat isis, period, end of story. the reason we re spending money, look at the second part of that question, the refugee crisis. not that is our job to solve, but the problem is not addressed. it is not. it gets bigger and bigger. isis gets more out of control. more and more refugees leaving the country. julie, let me ask to you, we may not want to deal with the problem but it blossoms to get bigger and we re forced to in one way or another deal with cost in human life and dollars. guy just nailed it. we seem to be running from crisis to crisis from solution to solution, andrea, you said no credible. strategy. you re absolutely right saying assad has to go. if president said assad needs to go, assad needs to go. but if we re saying assad needs to go but you know. there is red line, there is a red line. quickly on refugees, arab countries should do a lot more. saudi arabia isn t taking one. we just handed them $150 million to fight isis in yemen. they should be taking far more refugees and we should be taking zero. vice president joe biden taking another step toward entering the presidential race. the big meeting we re told happened this week. what could it mean for biden and other democrats who want to be president? you know who they are. hillary clinton reportedly ramping up her strategy are to the upcoming democratic debate. what she is planning and whether it will help or hurt her. equals pretending to know wine. pinot noir, which means peanut of the night. new clues vice president joe biden may be closer to entering the presidential race. a source telling fox news some of his representatives held a meeting this week with democratic national committee staffers. they briefed biden s aides on arcane but crucial rules he needs to understand if he decides to run but the source was quick to add democratic party officials don t know which way that biden is leaning. this is coming days before the vice president is reportedly planning to have a quote, family conversation this weekend to discuss getting in the race. please. so does he or doesn t he? melissa francis, our sources say yes but he is taking quite some time. why wouldn t he? everyone is begging him. longer holeds out the better, you know what i m taking about, ladies? why are you calling out the ladies? you know what i m talking about. i do. why give in? nothing is better for him than right before he gets in. when he finally says he is out there running is when attacks start. i think he is playing perfectly. playing hard to get, julie? girlfriend. i got that. love it. is he playing hard to get, julie? or has he decided, he, we don t know the answer? what more is it? explain more to me, melissa. at first i thought maybe not sure what to do because of his personal situation which is obviously devastating and horrible. then i realized melissa is right, he may be playing hard to get. you re never as popular before the day you announce. right. he is popular. seeing it already. seeing the last few days a very coordinated media strategy to take down joe biden. i wonder where that could be coming from. hmmm. i m not sure. hang on, is there calculating self-interested democrat in the race obsessed with power who would do something like that. operates behind a gigantic propaganda machine. didn t you talk about every politician? they re on different level. isn t every politician like that? joe biden will get in and i think ultimately it is good for the democratic party. i think you need to play jv before the varsity in the general election and i think that is what it is. julie hinted that the clinton attack machine is on full boogie or full tilt. stories up there perhaps the clinton planted them. is joe biden behind the scenes wheeling and dealing is that how it works. unions begging him, i will get in i get your support locked up. he may do a lot of that would be smart. dnc meeting today. doesn t forget the little huddle with elizabeth warren weeks ago. this is drip after drip. this is moving inexorably him pulling trigger and running. why wouldn t he? looking at polling data last two weeks, state polling date data in swing states. florida, ohio, pennsylvania, two separate polls, hillary s numbers on trustworthiness, overall approval, on empathy are terrell. she is in really bad shape on all of those metrics. he outperforms her massively on all of them. i think a lot of democrats are casting about for someone other than hillary clinton. look at bernie sanders success. i m sitting vice president. look at her numbers, look at mine. why not? if he gets in, focus shifts to him in nor negative way. it is more favorable. allows stories for hillary clinton every single day which have not been great. look what happened in california for bernie sanders versus hillary clinton. flip-flop on numbers there or tightening on numbers and how much bernie sanders has grown. when you re looking at same polling you re mentioning, joe biden get as chunk of the pie, but bernie sanders stays strong. what will you do with all the in love with his socialist policies. they will not flock to joe biden. will he lean left? lean left? he is falling over. a lot of people have fallen off the boat. he already face planted, harris. already hurt her. doesn t seem to hurt bernie sanders as much. this may not be as easy as joe biden thinks. if he does get in and better shake hands and get promises. monday comes really fast after the family conversation this weekend. comes right before october 13th, the first democratic debate. who knows? said he wouldn t get in. i don t know. if he declares presidency do you think he sits that one out? he could combusting in through the wall, i m here. rip his shirt off? if he announces it will be after the debate. he hasn t done any debate prep. i don t think you just walk in. that s true. see how the debate goes. see what comes out of it. she what let bernie sanders clobber her if you re joe. sit with popcorn and watch. speaking of the democratic debate, it is four days away. these are candidates who have been invited. likely all preparing including hillary clinton as we were talking about. her strategy reportedly expected to be two-pronged. embracing some of bernie sanders s ideals but dismissing his solutions trying to introduce herself to the american public. we don t know who she is? among purported plans tuesday night will target sanders s record on gun control. hold ground on any attack for her fight for progressive values. question sanders how he intends to pay for trillions of dollars in new initiatives. guy, you re shaking nodding your head. i have to tell you, coming up later this afternoon at townhall.com i have a story coming out. on my ride up here this morning on the train, someone very close to clinton world, let s put it that way was having a very loud conversation in my train car. ow oh. another one. about the debate, had very choice comments about the vice president. very choice comments about bernie sanders. talking about the debate and it is very clear they want to go after bernie on gun control because it is very popular issue with liberal base. one bernie is to his left. progun in blue state vermont that is in favor of second amendment gun rights. that is vulnerability they may pounce on. he will come at him what about this, what about that, she will come back at him what have you ever done, what have you accomplished aside from rhetoric? he can say what have you ever done? right. anyway hard choices to read all about it, way she did for republicans when they questioned what has she ever done. don t underestimate her capability in the debate. she is pretty good debater. we saw in in 2008. she has a woman karen dunne, i don t know if people know this, karen dunne. i worked with couple debate sessions on care run dunne is gold standard. she is phenomenal, when karen dunne is through prepping hillary clinton you will see a good. had choice, what are the hard choices, between early gray and chamomile? when you ask most democrats what are biggest question they can t answer question. i can. she can t answer it. i don t know how well the debate prep is, perform a full frondal ba bottom my on her brain and record. bernie sanders doesn t go by script. he is trump-like. doesn t have to think about what he feels and what he knows. he says it. she has to be scripted, to think about everything. frankly she has been on both sides of every single issue with very flimsy resume . she has to achieve something in the debate which she can t do which is to be warm and connect. we know she can be fierce, right? her main problem feel people like she is not honest and that see is not caring or warm or human. those are things you can t isly achieve in the debate unless you have a great moment. they will coach her into that moment. she has proven she can t be coached. i will tell you something, she can be. anybody can. debate is like anything else, it is art. she excels when she is have nearable. when she is not rigid vulnerable. will she cry on tuesday night. she might. obama said in 2008, you re likeable enough, that hurts my feelings. that comes across. no one thinks she has feelings! you don t think she has feelings but a lot of other people do. in two thou bernie sanders being type of person to set that up for hillary clinton. he might be. in 2000, tim russert asked her of american people trust her after she went out and told the american people her husband never had affair. she teared up and said i didn t know the truth ire. that is very painful moment in my history. she showed vulnerability. you think they re coaching her to cry? coaching her to show humanity. you do that wait a second. that is not related to hillary. every time i have done debate prep, not as much what you saw but how you say it. that is the problem, julie. when she delivers remarks they sound scripted and shrill. no one sounds she is this weak, sort of vulnerable she has to work on it. they don t buy it anymore. they think she is calculating. that she is cold. that she knew about her husband s infidelity. that she thinks about one woman knot all women and that herself. when you work for operative of one of the candidates, no your neighbor. sit in quiet car. be quite. get beats headphones like harris. amazing. what were you doing at 14 years old? probably starting high school. now many of the nations elite universities are suggesting that is the perfect time to start preparing your college application. really? just like eddie, the first step to reaching your retirement goals is to visualize them. then, let the principal help you get there. join us as we celebrate eddie s retirement, and start planning your own. that just tastes better. fresher. more flavorful. delicious. only one egg with better nutrition. like more vitamins d, e, and omega 3s. and 25% less saturated fat. only one egg good enough for my family. because why have ordinary when you can have the best. eggland s best. the only egg that gives you so much more: better taste. better nutrition. better eggs. it s from daddy. sfx: dad s voice i love you baby girl. duracell quantum lasts longer in 99% of devices so you can always be there. just like eddie, the first step to reaching your retirement goals is to visualize them. then, let the principal help you get there. join us as we celebrate eddie s retirement, and start planning your own. 14 years old is when most kids start high school. some universities say that is the perfect time to think about college. in fact, 80 elite colleges, including harvard, yale, stanford, form ad coalition to create a joint application website where students can up load school work as early as ninth grade and pull it from during the application process. the group epcourages kids to start think about college earlier, critics say it will most likely help high achieving, well-resourced kids than less privileged peers. when i saw this, i know people think it is obnoxious, an growing up entertainment industry, getting paycheck early age i looked at work and consequences early. my friends didn t. like what you did in ninth grade would count later on in life. this is way to get kids thinking about the future and fact that their actions, they re still working towards something? my sort of broad view about how social media is touching us in every way? i think that anytime you can instill, instill accountability in a child s life is never too late? and so never too early, rather. if they re putting homework in a bin, it may not be to get in one of 80 colleges radar. they may be too unattainable, whatever the situation. it gets them thinking about what i do in other facets of my life as well. social media is such a huge part in this. if that can play a role i think that is really positive. andrea? i was going to ask you, melissa. you also went to harvard. that is very elite, most elite school. the complaints are just for kids with privileges to get into these schools. i actually feel sorry for kids who don t have perfect gpas, don t play five sports or money and paren access and don t volunteer at soup kitchens. from what i hear that is what you have to do to get into the schools. i feel like the money they re paying, feels like a stick-up for parents, for money they re paying, a lot of kids are graduating and not getting education worth the money. how early did you start preparing? do you feel like you had to be doing it earlier? for sure. i was for sure, you know already preparing in nineth grade. i think that comes from having a tiger mom and from being very focused. i don t think that represent the norm in any way. i think this makes a lot of sense for kids who aren t privileged. i mean i actually think that it pulls to the other side because you get opportunity in a school, one caring teacher in one charter school or regular school, takes aside that kid, says, look go to this website while at school. look at this. you can start putting stuff in this bin. you can get out of here. you can move on. here is how you get started in ninth grade. maybe you make better choices in 10th and 11th grade not get in trouble with their friends because they worked on idea they can get out. i don t think this targets kids like me. i think it helps everybody else. i tend to agree with you, andrea. for most kids in our socioeconomic group, my parent were all over me. i wept to private school. school was all over me. no question i was going to college. i screwed up by going to eric clapton concert right before s.a.t.s. don t learn from me. i m blaming eric clapton for not getting into harvard with melissa francis. but i will say this, you re right, it does, you have to select a bunch kids who get recognized at charter school, lesser income school who get plucked out. for most kids who are not special academically they will not have parents who push them to do it. they will not have schools to push them to do it. i think it helps higher achieving and higher income. we want to hear from guy. make it easier to everyone. apply to northwestern. go cats, beat michigan. freshman year, freshman year counts towards college transcript. letting kids know, by the way you can get your stuff together junior year, senior year, pull it together to get better grades. if you have big drag earlier in your career that will impact your ability to go to certain schools. that turned out okay because you get so go to a great school and get the job that you love. we get annual job performance reviews from our bosses but how would you feel about getting marriage review from your spouse? marriage counselors suggest that couples make these routine checkups more routine. why do so many people choose aleve? it s the brand more doctors recommend for minor arthritis pain. plus, just two aleve can last all day. you d need 6 tylenol arthritis to do that. aleve. all day strong. it s gotten squarer. over the years. brighter. bigger. thinner. even curvier. but what s next? for all binge watchers. movie geeks. sports freaks. x1 from xfinity will change the way you experience tv. well, on the job, you get your annual performance review. well, you get that from your boss. what about from your spouse, would you like that? according to the wall street journal many marriage counselors and researchers are recommending couples have periodic performance reviews to recognize what is and is not working in the relationship. why are you giggling? researchers found that those who had performed these checkups, saw significant improvements in their relationship satisfaction and intimacy with their partner. however therapists warn people, you have to be careful and constructive when you give a review. melissa is busting out of her seat. let s go to her. when you said it like that, to me, it was electronic checklist. you would go through and rate them on scale of one to five and print it out and sit there and share it. that to me is very funny and sounds incredibly mechanical. the spirit of though makes sense. to me it is kind of like something you said in the break. you really only talk about stuff when you re fighting. and you want to win. this is like, take a moment to talk about things when you re not mad at each other. here is what is great. i love that we always have date night on friday. we have standing sitter in my house. we try to do it alone on friday night, although we re having party tonight. we normally do something alone on friday night. here is what s great. but what i would love more of is this. you re being sweet already, rather than, you never do. that is like is no good. it is no the just about marriages. it is all kinds of relationships. i say this applies to friendships somebody you re close to. i want to know what you think, guy. you guys are married ones. pressure is probably more on you if you re single to communicatin the beginning i think that is true. idea of a report card of annual performance quarterly, this is a little blood list. that being said i think it is open communication, but open communication with anyone that you re with is really important because otherwise, the resentment can build, right. you stew on stuff. whine about it to your friends. that is kiss of death in a relationship. what? complaining to your friends. yes, when it comes to your relationships if you take that stuff outside just saying. sound like you re a fan of quarterly review process? i like the idea of just hashing it out. by the way, melissa, she told my secret here. sorry. when you argue, at end of the argument you are giving a review because you re going down things that are important. no. i think what is healthy about this idea. that is difference, if there is a fight you re giving a list of grievance. sometimes. that is different from this conversation where you re giving positive reinforcement. i like doing both. maybe we can work on this and that. you re wrong about that but you still look good. wow, guys, marriage sounds super fun. i want to defer to you, harris. oh, no. you are the woman who gave men you were dating exit interviews. i did. did you really? what? so you re a big fan of the review. i am. they agreed to this. some of them did. some of them didn t. self-improvement for harris. really good to do. whether you re ending a relationship or they are, you need to know what your lessons were in that relationship. i think it is important. can i tell you a really crazy story since you just admitted to this? that is crazy. last guy i dated basically said all women are a little crazy. actually i don t think that true. ask the exboyfriends. i took sample of two ex-boyfriends and came back very postively, least crazy person both of us ever dated. that was exit interview. least crazy but still a little bit crazy. i totally cop to it. every woman has there is good crazy. bad crazy. what makes sense about this, how many times do you hear a couple breaking uppers, one of them says i didn t know you were unhappy?
