carrying a backpack filled with suspicious chemicals. he was discovered hiding nearby in arlington national cemetery in the early hours in the morning. >> the suspect was identified as a native of ethiopia serving as a lance corporal in the marine reserves. but the service police found him in the cemetery at 1:00 a.m. long after it was close. >> the person was taken into custody. in p.m., we were here about a quarter to four. i am frustrated, i am not want to scream, but it is bad. i wish they could do more to give us some information. that is part of the problem. i am fortunate because i only live in los angeles so one way or another i will see my home within 24 hours but i know a lot of people are put out much more. >> what are your plans? >> my original plan was to go to
