sirens go off, you run into people who are still sitting outside, still having the coffee, but after the airstrikes this weekend, on lviv, right around -- behind where i am now, people are going to take it a little more seriously. they're starting to get a more concerned. >> ali, i saw you earlier tonight reporting on a different style of fighting happening in ukraine, the digital front, can you explain this? >> this is a country that's been variant vance in the digital front. we all have this app, it's a government app, everybody's got it on their phone. it tells us -- right now you see the blue check mark, it means everything safe. it will go red if there's an air raid siren. in a city like this, it doesn't make a difference, because you can hear the aid sirens. but a lot of ukraine's rural, so you can hear the sirens. everybody's got this on their phones. actually, there's a lot more you can do. there's a chat bought that everybody can get, so it's a computerized bought. you can report the location of russian troops. they'll gia locate your phone, to make sure that you are who you are and you are who you say
