been advanced in the digital front. we all have this app, it's a government app, everybody's got it on their phone. it tells us -- right now you see the blue check mark, it means everything safe. it will go red if there's an air raid siren. in a city like this, it doesn't make a difference, because you can hear the aid sirens. but a lot of ukraine's rural, so you can hear the sirens. everybody's got this on their phones. actually, there's a lot more you can do. there's a chat bought that everybody can get, so it's a computerized bought. you can report the location of russian troops. they'll gia locate your phone, to make sure that you are who you are and you are who you say you are, they've got a system that authenticates every user of the government, absolutely no it's actually you. and they'll dispatch that information to the military. that's one piece of what they're doing. that's a chat bottle looking at on tv. they've also got a system where they're recruiting i. t. people, again, this is a big i. t. country. this is a back office for a lot of i. t. companies around the world.
