charley over to you. and new this morning we placed a call to kiss -- dispatch beers a triple shooting last night in wealth -- dispatchers about a triple shooting last night in west baltimore that included a child. investigators say all three victims are expected to be okay. and police are not sure what led to the shooting. coming out of baltimore county a man is killed in a shooting outside a hotel from catonsville. >> linda so is live and what do we know about the victim. >> reporter: he is 18 years olesel old and his name is kevin glasgow and raves mile from the shooting happened sunday morning. he was staying at ramada limited says a group of 50 people were having a party in room. it spilled into a big fight in the parking lot when be somebody pulled out a gun. when police arrived, they found glass goe dead at scene. they say they only rent to people 21 or older. some of the guests said they had no idea what happened. >> i wouldn't expect it to be right here where i am staying at. >> reporter: and police do not have a suspect at this point: if you know where the gunman s. call police. linda so, abc2 news. three minutes after 5. a baltimore family is hoping to find their 12-year-old son. his name is rashad foster. you can see the picture of him. his apparent say he is autistic. we recognize it's not a -- his parents say he is autistic. this is not a great photo but this is all police have. he is about 5-7 and weighs about 120 pounds. police tell us that he was last seen wearing a white shirt green shorts and black sneakers. if you have information, call 911 immediately. new video of a small plane crash along long island. two people died in that -- as that aircraft plummeted into a neighborhood. people ran out of their home with fire excontinuing wishes. some even resorted to using garden hoses. no one was on the ground -- no one on the ground was hurt. it's unclear how many people on board the plane. the ntsb is investigating the cause of the crash. sleeping, planes crisscrossed all over dallas once again and this was to spray for mosquitoes carrying west nile virus. 220,000 acres were scheduled to be sprayed overnight and several sit -- in several cities in texasch the treatment plan started on thursday and could be extended until tomorrow if recommended by the cdc. 14 deaths have been associated with west nile virus in the state of texas. meantime, a different battle is going on this one out west where hundreds of thousands of acres are still burning across the west. firefighters there doing all they can to contain dozens of fires despite the high temperatures and the low humidity and, of course, the strong winds. in northern california, more than 3,000 homes and businesses have been threatened. >> it was like i was in a black box and i drove through it and i couldn't breath and then, it was a fire every where like every turn around every where it was on all sides of you. >> all right. so in idaho right now a. fire threatening a small town there forcing hundreds to flee. more than a thousand firefighters working to protect about 350 homes in that area. and, of course, weather a big factor with that story because it's the temperatures and it's the dry conditions and the high winds. >> also going back to the dallas story about the west nile spraying. they had rain for several days and they had to postpone those spraying for those pesticides so they got dry conditions to get that taken care of. >> exactly. and you know, we have been dealing with rain this morning. and then we have a little bit of break out forecast good morning. >> reporter: good -- >> good morning. as you step out the door, we are dealing with mainly cloud cover as we go throughout the day. we will see more showers picking up in the forecast for us. and also we will get a few peeks of sunshine so don't think we will be socked in all day long. we have a front to the south and a front to the north. we are sandwiched in between the two and we have a upper level trough. with that that will keep us on the unsettled side for the next three days. we have areas of low pressure and disturbances riding along the front to the south and that's going to keep the chances in. so, we are going to be seeing wet conditions so what you need to do is grab the brain rain gear as you head out this morning. let's talk about the tropics because we are in the thick of things and look at this disturbance out here into the atlantic and this is one to keep our eye on. this will get more organized and i believe this could become a tropical depression as we head into tomorrow and this is work its way off towards the west. and we will see if this impacts the u.s. as we go through the next several days. but in the meantime, this is what future trend holds for us today. i put it in motion and you can see the showers around us. so that's why i will say we have another chance for showers to creep in going into afternoon. off and on throughout the day if you want to do outdoor activities do them earlier in the morning because more showers are possible in the afternoon and we will do it all over again as we head into tomorrow and wednesday. now this is the scenario as we go through the hour by hour forecast. and we are looking at 10 with clouds and sun by lunchtime and temperatures for today still showers possible by 3 but look at that 78. wow we should be at 85 for this time of the year and look at showers still continuing as we into tuesday and wednesday. that looks worse than what it is. off and on, but we can see we dry out nicely heading into the end of the week and weekend. charley. there's one agriculture industry benefiting from the drought. there's one. wine owners say because the weather is so hot and dry,
