the police union. it will cost the city tens of millions in overtime from the road. the mayor is confident the chief has every right to schedule all hands-on deck. the claim the police union finds astonishing. earlier this week, the fraternal order of police sent the mayor this seven-page letter, warning him of the consequences if the city continued to back all hands-on deck. peeping out the taxpayers could be on the hook for anywhere from 1.5 to $4.3 million in penalty overtime and for every all hands-on deck since 2007. and mayor gray isup convinced. >> my under-- is unconvinced. >> my understanding is this is specific to a period in 2009 when the authorities didn't exist but to be able to do that and those issues have been repairs. in 2009, and we're going to continue to go
