happening until six minute after 7:00. so, yes, it is a chillier morning, we had 33 degrees in pottstown, below freezing in mount pocono, and lancaster, philadelphia, and dover, both at 35 degrees. but only 28 in millville. how's this compared to yesterday? all of these temperatures are lower than the temperatures we saw yesterday. 7 degrees, lower, so it is chillier. you will have to maybe add an extra sweater, don't forget the gloves, if you are waiting outside for a bus, or a ride today. it was a wet wednesday for sure, with 48 degrees, as a high temperature, 49 is the average high, so we were right around where we're supposed to be for early december. we expect to be at about 44 for high temperature today. sunshine, few afternoon clouds, but all-in-all, a pretty nice looking day. and we'll see if we can keep this going for a little while. also, the forecast for the first weekend of december is all coming up from the weather authority. so, thursday morning, let's say our first good cosby to put up $100 million for an informal hearing to clear his name. so, for weeks, we've been talking about one allegation coming after the next about bill cosby any expectation any lawsuit that would be filed would be blocked because of long expired statutes of limitation. >> but what may go forward, california law allowing child sex ooh buys victims to go well into adulthood. judy, now 55 years old, claims cosby sexually assaulted her at the playboy mansion when we was just 15 years old. lawsuit sections she only recently connected her psychological problems to the alleged abuse. we well, this happened three weeks ago tomorrow night. the guys here at headquarters put out this video yesterday morning. they say it happened just past midnight on that friday. a central high school junior, see him here, 17 years old, he is on the right side of the screen. he just left a friends' house, decided to wait for his ride home outside, and watch as this random unprovoked brutal attack happens. the victim on the right side, as three guys come up fourth street northern liberties from the other direct, the guy close toast him suddenly just sucker punches him right in the face as the victim is on the phone. and then he goes out of the frame, falls down to the grounds, oohs the victim comes back into the frame, so does that guy that originally punches him. watch as he savagely stomps the guys head into the concrete grounds. the 17 year old laying helpless on the ground, and still not enough. the lieutenant john stanford here, who talks to the media says these guys could have killed him. >> it is brutal. i mean, it is a brutal video. the video is not up close on it, we would have like it to be better, but any video hems, but look to go identify these individuals. if anyone may have been naught that area, may have seen anything, recognize these individuals, give us a call. again, it is a brutal beating. >> this young man, 17 years old,'s pretty good student and again brutally attack for no reason, something we just can't have happen. >> just stopping these guys from doing it again isn't enough, the philly police are offering a thousand dollars reward for anybody who calls in an anonymous tip. maybe the third guy who just stands around and watches and still horrified three weeks later the police, chris, kerry, tell fuss these guys are cable of doing daughter's back bedroom, and i seen the blaze and i heard all of the sirens and helicopters over my house, kind of lit up, so it caused knee come outside and see, make sure there was no family, nobody fire department is holding a vaccination clinic today following help tight a scare at a restaurant in hammill town township. health officials confirm this week rosa's employee tested positive for that vaccinated. >> rookie cop who killed 12 year old ohio boy had poor job performance record. officer tim low man was forced out after suburban police department after just a few months on the job. the personnel file released publicly shows that supervisors thought he lacked maturity. he was hired in cleveland, about six months after that. last month he shot 12 year old tamire rice in a park after a man called 911 because a boy was playing with a gun, fake gun, fake gun. video surveillance shows the officer shot the boy just 22nd after getting out of his patrol car. >> student in burlington, new lauren? >> reporter: kerry, a miracle surely will have to happen to keep the doors open here at this school. so far they've only raise add little more than $20,000. and they need much more. the tight-knit school and church community has been around in this area for 144 years. and after all of that time, the covers are almost empty. the school is part of the trenton archdioces and had been supported financially, but that is no longer able to happen. the principal blaming the money problems on declining enrollment, a letter was sent taught parent just last week, and there is a lot of disappointment over the news. the community is praying for something to happen in the 11th hour to help their school, that's more like family. >> i was shocked. i was really sad. i really wanted to have a eighth grade graduation, not at any other school but this school. >> we've been in existence since 1870. we've been in this building since 1959. and we've been in the burlington community for 144 years. so we have grandparents, parent, everybody that have gone through the school, and it is just really unfortunate that the registration has been declining over the years, unfortunately, we just can't sustain ourselves any more. >> reporter: so now there is a hard deadline, that deadline january 15th, 2015. and they have to come up with $250,000, chris, kerry, of course, everyone now degrees, and something we haven't seen too much of lately, the sun. so, it will be chillier than it has been. upper 40's yesterday. we average out in the mid 40's today. thirty-two, is our chilly temperature, for tonight. then we look at the rest of this seven-day forecast, looks like the rain on friday comes at night. and we'll have a high of 52 on saturday, but looks like unfortunately, a rainy day, still holding out for dry eagles game, high of only 40 gross it, will chill out after the rain symptoms, then we casino of stay in the 40's, and stay on the chilly side through the rest of on the straight away there. >> police activity in the last 20-point or so. pottstown, just reopened the westbound lanes of 422, last night they had a fatal crash right near route 100, was closed for most of the owe night to investigate. but good to go and open for business there. going to be rough go here in northeast philly today. roosevelt boulevard at welsh rd., right by the shopping sent their. no cross-traffic. that's a rough intersection when they have the light working, so you have to go up to either grant avenue, or come down to woodward to gain access to cross the roosevelt liberties. shear some savage surveillance shot from far away, but close enough to see what happened to a 17 year old central high school junior, three weeks ago tomorrow night. it was just past midnight friday night november 14th. the victim just left his friends' house, waiting for his mom and dad to pick him up outside his ride home. as these three thugs randomly approach in the other directionment the guy close toast him, cowardly out of no where sucker punches the 17 year old with enough force to knock him down, knock him out, knock out his teeth, break his jaw. but that wasn't enough as the victim stumbled back in the frame after a few more punches, the same guy stomps his head into the street. that knocked him out for awhile. and they go through his pockets stealing all he had on him including his cell phone. >> it appears to be random. and like i said, they assault him. he is outside waiting for a ride. they just jump on him, start kicking and punching him, i believe take his cell phone from his pocketment so again they just leave him out there. good thing that he was able to get to the hospital than he didn't cause more injury, but the injuries that he sustained definitely something that's bad. assaulting him, again, don't know what's going through their minds, but could have killed this young man. again, you kick someone if the face, someone in the head, the damage that's done, broken jaw, but his could have been a fatal blow and killed this young man. >> reporter: police put out this surveillance video yesterday morning with a thousand dollars reward in trenton, wrightstown, only 29. only 28 in millville. so, the places where the clouds have cleared, that's where the temperature has been able to plunge a little bit more. and that's because we're starting to shift into northwesterly wind instead of the southwesterlies. so that will be chillier air. that's your trade off for the sunshine that you're going to see later on today. so we'll take t we don't have anything to show you precipitation wise on ultimate doppler radar, nothing lake effect, nothing going on at all. so the foxcast for today is for, ya, sunshine, 44 degrees, we will take the chilly temperatures, because it always feels a little better when you're standing in the sun. thirty-two tonight, some increasing clouds, so it, will still be on the chilly side. and i think we will be kind of socked in with clouds on friday. high of 48, but i think most of the day will be dry, i don't see the rain starting until evening, on friday, and then saturday, kind of lasting on and off throughout the day. nobody want that. but, we got it for the first part of the weekend. i think that things will clear out on sunday, in time for the eagles versus the seahawks at 4:30 in the
