breaking news in the philadelphia fair hill section a five three-year old man beaten to death in front of his own home. police called to the 2800 block of fair hill street just after 11:00 last night. they say victim was found in the pool of blood on the sidewalk. he was rushed to temple hospital where he was pronounced dead and police are searching for his attacker who was seen running from that area with the metal object. also a 37 year-old man is dead following a double shooting in the fair hill neighborhood. that second man was listed in critical condition after multiple shots were fired along the 2900 block of waterloo street. police were called out to this scene just after midnight. they found ten shell casings, they are interviewing witnesses and said they hope private surveillance cameras will help them find that shooter. steve keeley will have more later in the newscast. also new boyfriend of becca tobin, found dead in the philadelphia hotel room. body of the 35 year-old matt bendix was found yesterday afternoon according to tmz but details about how he died or what hotel specifically he was in are not known. bendix owns several nightclubs all over the country. tobin had been in town but it is in the clear where she was when the body was found. this comes just a couple days before the one year anniversary of the death evitable star corry monteith, his body was found. family of the woman found abduct from her home is pleading for her safe return. fox 29's jennifer joyce is live outside the new castle county police department with the the latest on this investigation, jennifer? >> reporter: well, dawn, nefertiti's family says they have not heard from her since she was abduct 11 days ago and it is not like her to not be in touch with her three children age seven, 12, and 17. trader's family members gathered outside of her home last night pleading with the public to help them find their loved one, according to police, trader was abduct outside her new castle county delaware home by a man wearing a hoodie, it was around 4:00 a.m. trader was returning home, when investigators tell us a witness saw a man force a woman back inside to her car and then take off. there was a struggle and trader has in the been seen ever since. family members are asking anyone with any information to come forward. >> i don't know of anyone that would hurt her she's a good girl. >> we don't know where she is, we just want her back, safely and whoever has her, has her have mercy. just send her back home with her family and friend. >> there was a witness that actually observed her being forced in to her vehicle and then driving away. that is about the only information we have so far. we understand that nefertiti had in the been in incident. we will begin with the beating death of the man right in front of his own home. lets go to fox 29's steve keeley live at police headquarters working on getting details, steve. >> reporter: you may cringe when you hear details of the beating death from the detective arriving back at headquarters. one thing to shoot and kill people even at close range but police say it takes another mine set and takes it to whole other level to savagely beat somebody to death by hand to hand combat type killing in this case likely a spare tire iron lug wrench normally used to fix a flat not fixate on someone's skull. that is kind of killing that happened first in one hour in this one neighborhood fair hill up in north philadelphia. a five three-year old man was beaten in front of his house on the sidewalk. then minutes later and a short drive up cambria street where witnesses saw two men fired at, they were both hit at least twice in the chest, one of them, older 137 years old died, other younger 21 year-old very critical. >> i have a motive for shooting but based on ballistics evidence we know ten shots were fired. we did find ten spent shell casings on the highway in the 2900 block have of north waterloo street. we have several witness that he is were transported to east detectives. now fortunately we did find several private surveillance cameras in the area where shooting took place just after 11:00 p.m. 25th district police respond to the radio call of the person assaulted, on the highway, in the 28 hup block have of north fair hill street. upon police arrival they found a five three-year old male laying in the sidewalk right in front of the home where he lives. he was suffering from severe drama a to his head, blunt force trauma medics rushed him to temple hospital where he was pronounced dead at 11:44 p.m. from blunt force trauma to the head. responding officers got some information that a male was seen running from the victim, south in the 2800 block of fair hill, possibly, with some type of metal object in their hands. >> reporter: at the second shooting scene police you see with flashlights lot for more than ten bullet casings they have counted so far there. they are looking at surveillance video that he talked about and talking to those witnesses of both wand fairing somehow they are connect by more than just time and place or dawn and kerry was it just a coincidence of two different killing scenes in the same hour right there in the same neighborhood, which would also be very odd if that is the case. >> steve, thank you. police are
