Under the Bloomington, MN Earned Sick and Safe Leave Ordinance, employees accrue one hour of ESSL per 30 hours worked, up to a maximum of 48 hours in a year. ESSL applies to all workers irrespective of U.S. citizenship status, who work within Bloomington's city limit.
