Upper atmosphere and it is evaporating before it touches the ground. We have a lot of this stuff out behind us here. We have had a strong push moisture up throughout the south throughout the day. We will continue to to see that strong push as we go through the overnight hours. We have snow and freezing rain behind us, extending out to the memphis. It will push through the overnight hours tonight and in through tomorrow as well.
