an education program for k-12 kids, and we first used the art to hook them and engage them in the science, and then we follow that with both western sign tisk workshops as well as indigenous wisdom workshops. another amazing feedback i got from kids was that they said, oh, i ve seen the gulf oil spill on the news, but seeing it like this is a completely different experience, and we had no idea it was like this. that s another story that i ve heard of the real difference in how you tell the story. i might add also that the first female astronaut who shot the imax footage for the film, when she came back from space, she expected to have the imaxim imagine to feel back in space, but when she saw the raw footage, it didn t make her feel like that. it was only when the orchestra was scoring the music for the film, and she was sitting there experiencing it with music that tears came to her eyes and she felt like she was right back in space. as they say in film, 80% of the exp ....
publisher so bloggers were terrell made and i suspect few people run facebook. things have changed. this year walter isaacson spoke about digital media and is up in remarks and we have been given hashtag for the life tweeting panel. every person from roundtable has developed a robust digital strategy for their brand. if you re listening to the leaders on that roundtable six years ago you might not have seen pitchers give up the impending disruption but there were emerging leaders in that crowd that year that could ve told you not only that massive change was going to calm but that it was our day already happening just outside the digital field of the industry powerhouses. you have calm to hear the best ideas of the moment that the session is going to be a little bit different. today we are going to start with the best ideas of next year or the year after that. the four people you are here from today are already established leaders in their field. they re also the carr ....

last year. the tally of the world s largest automaker is a complicated one. it has to be debatable. from twitter guest: ford is an interesting case. ford is an interesting case because they hit their price point well before the other two. if you look at the article not from last year s contract round, but before that, everyone looked at ford as the weakest of the detroit 3. in four years they went from weakest to the strongest very rapidly. the reason why ford did not need a bailout is because they were able to, in 2006, at able to take over $23 billion in loans in order to execute a turnaround plan, a one-point turnaround plan under alan mulally. this is two-plus years later when they went to washington and asked for a bailout, but they were able to look at the figures and realized they did not need that money the way gm and chrysler did. you are right. of ford was able to do this because they hit the crisis point some much earlier than the other two. another impor ....
it has to be more than just me as an individual. it is culture. we need a culture of ecology. there is no greater change agent that when something becomes habitual. to create a culture are around understanding, interacting, socializing and translating it into action, that is where the leverage will happen. i believe in all approaches, political, business, as well as culture to the masses. we do not have time to wait for the kids. there is a tendency to say, wait for the kids to fix everything. it is the responsibility of everybody here to figure out how we can be working with these things. we really should not try to seek to reform men. if we reform the environment, so that we are living in integrity with the capacity of this planet to support life, it becomes a lot easier to tell people to do the right things. right now, we are trying to reform human beings by depending on politicians to do everything. let s stop leaning on the politicians. we have to be the creative ....
