facilitate some of the arrangements or mechanisms they are putting into place. i do not attribute that to and the malicious intent. it is just a national -- a natural way in the way you set up a regulatory mechanism. i don't want to see the federal government set up expensive bureaucracies to collect all of that data and then -- they will make decisions presumably that are based on data and information. i give them credit for that, but they are going to be making decisions of that americans would rather make for themselves. at the very least, a significant majority of americans would...
