Crews are making progress on containing more than a dozen fires burning in the north bay seven days after they were sparked. We are waiting for updates from napa county officials. A press conference is expected to start any minute now. This is a live look at the Napa County Sheriffs Office where they are gathering. Well bring that conference to you live as soon as it begins. This afternoon is definitely 70s in the mountainings and holding in the 80s along the coast but heart of the hot air over Central North Carolina this afternoon. Theres also a little bit of activity to the southeast. Theyre sliding down. Its in response a spinoff of that low pressure system up here that you used to be hermine.
