Hamden PD: 3 teens seriously hurt after crash in allegedly stolen vehicle FacebookTwitterEmail HAMDEN Three teenagers suffered serious injuries after a crash in an allegedly stolen vehicle, according to police. Officers responded to the area of Dixwell Avenue and Connolly Parkway for a report of a collision involving three vehicles at about 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, according to Capt. Ronald Smith. Officers learned that a 14-year-old New Haven resident was driving an allegedly stolen vehicle and was “responsible for the crash,” Smith said. The vehicle was reported stolen out of Derby on March 3. The stolen vehicle, which Smith said “sustained excessive damage,” hit a tree after colliding with the other vehicles. ....
