Arvest announces Opportunity Fund

FAYETTEVILLE -- Arvest Bank recently announced the creation of the Arvest Opportunity Fund, a wholly-owned non-bank subsidiary currently providing loans and lines of credit to small businesses that fall just below bank loan policy requirements, a news release said.

St. Joseph Center holds trove of history, says archaeologist
